President Joe Biden snapped at a reporter on Wednesday who asked him if he expects to complete a second term or if he was thinking about handing power to Vice President Kamala Harris at some point.
The question came on the tarmac of the Philadelphia International Airport just before Biden spoke at a tiny rally in the corner of a nearly empty school gym.
“Are you OK?” Biden shouted at the reporter. “Are you all right? You’re not hurt, are you?” Q: "President Biden, will you be serving your full four-year term or handing over power to Vice President Harris?"

The pool reporter asked the president if they could approach him due to difficulty hearing the response.
Biden did not allow them to come closer, instead shouting across the tarmac, “I said, are you OK? Did you fall on your head or something?”
If he completes his second term, Biden will be 86 years old.

Biden attempted to paint Trump as racist by asking the small rally what they believe would have happened if the January 6 protesters were black.
“He’s running again and he’s clearly unhinged. He called insurrectionists patriots quote patriots,” Biden said. “If reelected, he wants to pardon every one of them. Let me ask you - what do you think he would’ve done on January 6 if Black Americans had stormed? Think about it - if Black Americans had stormed the Capitol? Don’t think he’d be talking about pardons.”
