Nike Women Sponsors TikTok Influencer Dylan Mulvaney

Oli London: 'Another Day, Another Company Slapping All Women In The Face By Mocking Them And Paying A Man To Take Their Place!'

Nike Women Sponsors TikTok Influencer Dylan Mulvaney

Nike Women has sponsored TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney, who identifies as a transgender woman.

Mulvaney revealed the sponsorship in an Instagram story on Wednesday.

"Alert the media - I'm entering my workout era," wrote Mulvaney, who posed wearing a Nike women's bra.

In a second video, the TikTok influencer donned Nike's women's leggings while dancing with a caption reading, "home from day 365 and ready to take on the world."

Mulvaney also shared a post advertising Nike Women's products Wednesday.

"Home for a moment and leaning into cozy workout wear life with @nikewomen ‘s newest Zenvy leggings and Alate bra! They’re so comfortable and buttery soft, perfect for workouts and everyday wear!"

Mulvaney could make more than $50,000 per sponsored post, according to social media sponsors per the DailyMail.

The TikTok influencer's sponsorship by Nike Women has since been criticized.

"Meet NIKE WOMEN’S Newest Ambassador…a biological man," wrote Gays Against Groomers' Oli London. "Dylan Mulvaney is now being paid by Nike Women to promote sports bras- even though he’s a man!"

"Another day, another company slapping all women in the face by mocking them and paying a man to take their place!"

Over the weekend, Mulvaney announced Bud Light had sponsored the TikTok influencer.

"I kept hearing about this thing called 'March Madness,' and I thought we were all just having a hectic month," Mulvaney says while opening a can of Bud Light in one of the sponsored videos. "But it turns out it has something to do with sports. And I'm not sure exactly which sport, but either way it's a cause to celebrate."

Mulvaney took a sip of the beverage before noting the TikTok influencer had recently celebrated day 365 of womanhood.

"Bud Light sent me possibly the best gift ever. A can with my face on it," Mulvaney said as an image of the product appears onscreen with a caption reading "CHEERS TO 365 DAYS OF BEING A GIRL."

A second video featured Mulvaney laying in a bubble bath with over a dozen Bud Light cans behind him. The TikTok influencer reaches for a can from behind and opens it before dancing while sitting in the tub.

Mulvaney continues dancing for about 30-seconds before finally sipping the beverage.

"I don't hate Dylan Mulvaney," wrote former rapid response director for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' 2022 re-election campaign Christina Pushaw. "I do hate the fact that so many mega-corporations, in lockstep with the Biden Administration, have somehow decided that Dylan Mulvaney should be the most successful 'woman' in social media marketing."

"Mulvaney makes a mockery of female stereotypes. There are MANY actual women who work hard to build their platforms; why don't they get the same opportunities to work with all these huge brands?"

Twitter user Malcolm Flex added: "LMAOOOO, Now even Nike is trolling women with a Dylan Mulvaney Sponsorship. Patriarchy up by 29 at the half."

Mulvaney has previously received sponsorships from feminine hygiene brand Tampax along with hygiene company Native among others.
