BREAKING: Corporate Press Projects Trump Winner Of Iowa Caucus

Corporate Press outlets reported former President Donald Trump the winner of tonight's Iowa caucus with less than 1% of precincts reporting.


Iowa closed their polling at 8 p.m. EST.

Trump has consistently held a commanding lead over fellow GOP candidates Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, and Vivek Ramaswamy.

At the time of the Associate Press' reporting, Trump had garnered just over 70% of votes followed by DeSantis with 15.1%, Haley with 8.2% and Ramaswamy with 5.8%.

Just under 500 votes were reported at the time of the Associated Press' projection.

Along with the Associated Press, The New York Times, NBC News, and Fox News also projected Trump the winner of the Iowa caucus.

As of Monday night, RealClearPolitics Trump leads Haley by 61.4 points. DeSantis trails behind Haley by 1.3 points, though holds a 6.4-point lead over Ramaswamy.

The Iowa caucus is still receiving votes from precincts at the time of this report.
