Trump's Doctor Pens Letter Touting Clean Bill of Health

Former President Donald Trump's physician penned a letter touting Trump's clean bill of health.

The letter, written by Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Bruce Aronwald, was penned on President Joe Biden's 81st birthday. Trump shared the letter in a Truth Social post.

Aronwald noted Trump has been under his personal care since 2021.

"During this time, I have conducted several comprehensive examinations, the most recent being September 13, 2023, and have supervised specialist consultations along with ancillary testing for screening and preventative health maintenance," Aronwald wrote. "I am pleased to report that President Trump's overall health is excellent."

"His physical exams were well within the normal range and his cognitive exams were exceptional," Aronwald added. "In addition, his most recent extensive laboratory analysis remains well within normal limits and was even more favorable than prior testing in some of the most significant parameters, most likely secondary to weight reduction."

Aronwald said Trump's cardiovascular studies were normal and cancer screening tests were negative.

"President Trump has reduced his weight through an improved diet and continued daily physical activity, while maintaining a rigorous schedule," he continued. "It is my opinion that President Trump is currently in excellent health, and with his continued interest in preventative health monitoring and maintenance, he will continue to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle for years to come."

Comedian and late-night talk show host Bill Maher recently said President Biden could not win a second term in office because voters believe he is "too old."

The comedian clarified he believed Biden could "absolutely" lead a second term in office.

"I don’t think he can win the job. And that’s what I care about," Maher said. "He’s going to lose. Because the people think he’s too old. And perception is reality. I’m sorry."

Current polling from RealClearPolitics shows the former president defeating runner-up GOP candidate hopeful and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis by a notable 44.5 points. DeSantis leads former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley by 3.7 points.

Other polling shows Trump defeating Biden in the 2024 general election by 1.6 points.

Runner-up DeSantis shows just under a 1-point advantage over the incumbent president, followed by fellow Republican candidate and former Haley defeating Biden by 4.8 points.
