Former President Donald Trump said his social media platform Truth Social is his home shortly after posting to X, formerly Twitter, for the first time in two-and-a-half years.
Trump was booked and processed through Fulton County Jail in Georgia following his indictment by district attorney Fani Willis last week. Along with Trump, 18 indicted over allegations of violating the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
The former President posted to X shortly after his booking.
"I LOVE TRUTH SOCIAL," the former President wrote to his platform shortly after his X post. "IT IS MY HOME!!!"
Following Trump's booking at Fulton County Jail, the former President posted to X for the first time since Jan. 8 2021 with a picture of his mugshot along with a link to his website.
The photo featured the accompanying text, "ELECTION INTERFERENCE," "NEVER SURRENDER!" and "DONALDJTRUMP.COM."
The former President also shared his mugshot to his website along with a message. "Today, at the notoriously violent jail in Fulton County, Georgia, I was ARRESTED despite having committed NO CRIME," the message reads on Trump's homepage.
"The American people know what's going on," the message continues. "What has taken place is a travesty of justice and ELECTION INTERFERENCE."
"The Left wants to intimidate YOU out of voting for a political outsider who puts the American people FIRST."
"But today, I walked into the lion's den with one simple message on behalf of our entire movement: I WILL NEVER SURRENDER OUR MISSION TO SAVE AMERICA," the message reads. "If you are doing poorly due to the sinister people in control of our country right now, don't even think about donating!"
Trump's message concludes by requesting contributions to his campaign referring to his booking as a "dark chapter in our nation's history."
The former President also began selling merchandise featuring his mugshot with an accompanying message reading, "NEVER SURRENDER!"
Merchandise for sale includes shirts, mugs, individual beverage coolers, and bumper stickers.
Trump has not made another post to X since Thursday night.
