Conservative media outlet The Daily Wire is releasing a new original comedy film that features biological males competing in women's sports.
Lady Ballers, advertised as "the most triggering comedy of the year," stars co-CEO Jeremy Boreing as a former high school basketball coach, Rob. In a desperate effort to win a competition, Rob employs a team of biological men who adopt modern radical gender theory and identify as women to defeat multiple female sports teams.
Along with Boreing, other hosts from The Daily Wire star in the film including, Jake Crain, Blain Crain, and David Cone from the outlet's sports podcast, Crain & Co.
Lady Ballers is scheduled for release on Monday, Dec. 1 on the outlet's streaming platform, DailyWire+.
"Hollywood won't make a movie about how laughably absurd it is that we now allow grown men to call themselves women and then dominate women's sports," Boreing said of The Daily Wire's new comedy in an X post.
“The only thing happening in our culture more absurd and hilarious than men calling themselves women and then dominating women’s sports is that the ‘speak truth to power’ set on the left not only won’t make fun of it, they won’t even acknowledge it’s a joke,” Boreing added. “This movie is for the women who have trained their entire lives only to be beaten at their sport by a man who couldn’t win at his, the majority of Americans who find the whole idea of men in women’s sports to be objectively wrong, and anyone who misses comedy – which the woke left destroyed on their ascent to cultural primacy.”
"We at The Daily Wire have just created, and are about to release, the most Daily Wire thing we've ever done," wrote fellow outlet host Michael Knowles.
Fellow podcast host of The Daily Wire Matt Walsh also has an appearance in the film and stars as a woke beatnik along with other hosts from the outlet including Ben Shapiro, Brett Cooper, Michael Knowles, and Andrew Klavan, who also appear in the film's trailer. Other conservative personalities appearing in the film include Texas Senator Ted Cruz, former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines, and Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon.
Although the film's production was kept away from the public eye, a group of protestors reportedly bullied and harassed cast and crew of Lady Ballers during production and pressured one filming location to cancel their contract with The Daily Wire, according to the outlet.
