Roseanne Barr referred to hosts of ABC's The View as "communist crusaders."
Barr, who voices Principal Pam Bortles on The Daily Wire's new animated sitcom Mr. Birchum, joined host Michael Knowles for an interview on his podcast on Tuesday. The two briefly recounted the animated show's Los Angeles premiere last month before discussing former President Donald Trump's recent guilty verdict in a Manhattan court last week.
The comedienne said Americans were "living history" in the aftermath of Trump's guilty verdict.
"Although it seemed dark, and horrifying, and a horrible miscarriage of justice what's happened to President Trump, making a mockery of our judicial system [is] what they've done, and that's stunning and disappointing to all Americans who love our constitutional republic and our Constitution, and everything that hangs on it," Barr said.
The comedienne said she tried to see the positive in situations, citing her Jewish faith.
"Always know, God's in charge of everything, and that he does work in mysterious ways," she continued. "I tried to look at the bright side of it and go, 'This is so God moving in the world,' because if you look at it, it's that these people who are ... really trying to destroy America."
Barr then referenced a quote frequently cited by Trump: "In reality, they're not after me. They're after you. I'm just in their way."
"America is all that stands in the way of their global one-world Nazi government. So, they're not really after America. They're after the entire world, and America is all that stands in their way, just like Trump says," Barr continued. "The silver lining in it is that these people are just exposing themselves in front of us, and I think that it's our job to witness it and let it register up here in the penthouse of thought."

Barr then transitioned to the panel of women who host The View, including Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Whoopi Goldberg, Ana Navarro, Sara Haines, and Alyssa Farah-Griffin.
“I thought America was about being fair and showing two sides ... because it is that way in reality," she said. "I felt like on television it was your duty to represent two sides and not like, be The View."
The comedienne then insisted the hosts were "all communist crusaders," adding Goldberg was a “cultural appropriator of Judaism” and donned "Jew-face."
“It’s so despicable and offensive to me and to Jews like me. Especially now,” Barr said of Goldberg before calling Behar an "alien from another planet."
“I wanted to have everybody represented,” she said, before discussing a variety of characters featured on her sitcom Roseanne.
