Man Who Admitted To Raping Child Walks Free After Confrontation with Cops

An alleged Maryland pedophile who admitted on camera to raping a child was not arrested after confrontation with law enforcement.


The incident occurred during the latest undercover sting by Alex Rosen's Predator Poachers team.

Rosen has gained prominence in recent years after he and his team began conducting Chris Hansen-style sting operations on online child-predators. In their operation, Rosen and other members of the Predator Poachers team pose as minors on social media in an effort to stop sexual predators in their tracks. Rosen is then recorded confronting the alleged predators in public, which typically end with law enforcement arriving on the scene to apprehend the alleged perpetrator.

On Tuesday evening, Rosen shared several updates to social media about their latest sting operation that was underway at the time.


In one video shared by Rosen, an alleged pedophile named Roy claimed his three-year-old niece pulled his pants off, sat on his lap, and attempted to engage in sexual activity. Although the alleged pedophile claimed he pushed his niece away, Roy went on to say his niece forced a sexual act on him.

"I found out later her mother and her step-father watched porn movies in front of her," the alleged pedophile claimed.


Roy went on to describe the sexual act with his three-year-old niece in graphic detail.

"You're not making this up, you're actually telling me the truth?" Rosen asked Roy.

"I'm telling you the truth what she did," he responded.

Rosen said Roy's story was one of the most disturbing things he had ever heard from anyone he had apprehended before.

"This guy cannot be free after tonight," he wrote in one update.


In another video shared by Rosen, two Maryland police officers approach the two as Rosen informs them that Roy was there to meet a 12-year-old girl and had "said some inappropriate things to her." Rosen then began recounting the story about Roy's sexual encounter with his niece, though was interrupted by one officer who pulled Roy to the side to speak privately.


"Wish they would have let him admit it in front of them instead of cutting it off," Rosen wrote.

Rosen later reported that Maryland authorities allowed Roy to walk free after he claimed on camera to have engaged in sex acts with his three-year-old niece.

"This pedophile who admitted to raping a 3-year-old tonight is free to go home tonight," Rosen wrote, adding Maryland authorities are not allowed to consider chat logs provided by civilians, which Rosen collected during his investigation. "So the 12-year-old he was messaging and came to meet is null and void in the eyes of Maryland law."


"This monster would never even be known after tonight if not for our own investigation. If we were just a couple hours south, he would not be walking away tonight. It makes no sense," he continued. "If you think this law is absurd, share this and tag the governor who could take steps to change this instead of protecting pedophiles."
