'I'm Really That B----': Lizzo Reacts To Her Appearance In ‘South Park’ Obesity Special

Lizzo responded to South Park's latest special mocking her support for body positivity.

The long-running animated sitcom's new special, The End of Obesity, discusses the rising popularity of semaglitude weight loss drugs Ozempic and Monjaro as main character Eric Cartman, who struggles with childhood obesity, is denied the pharmaceutical by his insurance provider. During the special, Lizzo, who has been an outspoken supporter of the body positivity movement, is mocked during a faux Ozempic commercial.

In a TikTok duet video shared over the weekend, the rapper reacted to her appearance in the latest South Park special.

"Guys, my worst fear has been actualized. I've been referenced in a South Park," the rapper began her blind duet video. "I'm so scared."

The clip begins as Sharon Marsh and Sheila Broflovski, mothers of Stan and Kyle, walk through a park as Sharon discusses a new weight loss drug that's "pretty amazing." Sharon confides in her friend saying she felt ashamed watching her husband, Randy, lose weight, adding her husband possessed stronger will power to lose weight naturally. Sheila then asks if Sharon is taking Ozempic or Monjaro, to which Stan's mother says her insurance similarly wouldn't cover either pharmaceutical.

"I talked to my doctor. He said my insurance would only pay for those if I had diabetes," Sharon says, prompting Sheila to ask how she is managing her weight if she cannot afford prescription medication. "Don't you know, Sheila? Now there's a whole new obesity drug for those of us who can't afford Ozempic and Monjaro."

"I controlled all my cravings to be thinner with Lizzo," Sharon says, holding up a medication with the rappers name as the clip transitions into a mock-prescription drug commercial.

A faux commercial announcer begins touting Lizzo's ability to make users feel better about being obese for a significantly cheaper cost than Ozempic.

"I've lowered my standards, and my expectations," Sharon says as the rapper reacts to the clip by covering her mouth in shock.

“Seventy percent of patients on Lizzo no longer care how much they weigh,” the announcer claims on the faux medication as Sharon remarks, "I don't give two s---s."

"Lizzo helps you eat everything you want, and keep physical activity to a minimum," the announcer continues, warning users may experience "constipation while listening to Lizzo," and informs users to "stop listening to Lizzo if you experience suicidal thoughts."

Other side effects of the fake drug include pancreatitis, hypothermia, and "s----ing out your ears."

"Are you living with concerns of obesity?" the announcer asks as Sharon chimes in, "Ask about the power of not giving a f--- with Lizzo."

The rapper said the video was "crazy" before giving her full response.

"I just feel like, damn, I'm really that b----," Lizzo says in her TikTok duet. "I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f--- to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f--- I am, and put it on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years."

Lizzo reiterated: "I'm really that b----, and I'll show y'all how to not give a f---, and I'm gonna keep showing you how to not give a f---."
