'He Might Have Just Lost': Megyn Kelly Comments On Biden Teleprompter Gaffe

Megyn Kelly said President Joe Biden's viral Wednesday teleprompter gaffe may have cost him the election this November.

While speaking at the North America’s Building Trade Union National Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, President Biden appeared to read his instructions from the teleprompter.

"Imagine what we can do next," Biden said before trailing off, "Four more years. Pause."

Biden appeared confused, though smiled as the crowd began chanting. "Four more years!"

Kelly shared the viral video to her X account and suggested Biden may have cost himself the election for his gaffe.

In another post, Kelly quoted a photo of Biden's transcript from the conference which appeared to redact the president's gaffe, calling it the "perfect embodiment of the Biden presidency."

"Don't believe your lyin' eyes and ears," Kelly wrote. "The economy is fixed! The border is secure! Crime is over! Men are women!"

"The White House staff can't keep up with Joe Biden!" Kelly added.

Richard Grenell, the acting director of national intelligence under the Trump administration, also noted the transcript had been edited to clean up the president's flub.

"Joe Biden said the word 'pause' because it was written in his teleprompter," Grenell wrote on X. "It was there to tell him to pause before speaking again. But he read the word out loud. Lol."

"Everything he does is staged," wrote Alex LoRusso.

Dinesh D'Souza claimed Biden's mental capabilities were so diminished that he could not decipher his speech from instructions on the teleprompter.

"Isn't it fun to be governed by a moron?" D'Souza wrote.

Last week during a campaign stop in Pennsylvania, President Biden suggested his uncle Ambrose Finnegan, nicknamed "Uncle Bosie," may have been a victim of cannibalism after his plane crashed during World War II.

“He flew those single-engine planes as reconnaissance over war zones, and he got shot down in New Guinea," Biden told the Pennsylvania crowd. "They never found the body because there used to be, there were a lot of cannibals, for real, in that part of New Guinea."

Kelly went on to call Biden's story into question during an episode of The Megyn Kelly Show.

“He can’t go two seconds with telling another familial lie, something about his background, his son," Kelly said of Biden's frequent stories. "Virtually none of that was true.”

Kelly noted President Biden did in fact have an uncle who served in WWII, though flew a double engine plane and was not shot down.

"Officials say they don't know what happened to the plane, both engines failed," she added. "There were no cannibals."
