Democratic Social Media Influencer Mocks Bud Light Boycott

Parent Company Anheuser-Busch Has Lost Nearly 4% In Market Value Since Sponsoring TikTok Influencer Dylan Mulvaney

Political commentator and social media influencer Joanne Carducci, who also goes by JoJo From Jerz, mocked people boycotting Bud Light's decision to sponsor TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney, who identifies as a transgender woman.

Carducci previously commented on Bud Light's controversy by revealing she had bought a six-pack of the adult beverage despite not being a regular customer.

"So, while the Qrackheads are out there shootin’ up cases of 'woke' Bud Light and puttin’ Coors in their Koozies instead… Anheuser-Busch stock just hit a 52-week high?!?" Carducci wrote in a tweet before sharing the video.

The video begins with Carducci giggling as a caption is displayed reading, "Becky Sue stickin' it to Bud Light"

"Hey yo it's me, Becky Sue here doing my daily ... vlog for y'all," Carducci says with a thick southern accent appearing to mock supporters of the Bud Light boycott. "I have a message for woke Bud Light."

The social media influencer held up a bottle of Bud Light as she continued.

"I went to the store and I bought as much Bud Light as I could buy with my government assistance check and I bought a whole bunch of it."

"But I'm not stupid Bud Light, I know what you want me to do," she continued. "You think I'm gonna throw it in the river or in my trash can ... recycle. Nope."

"I'll show you Bud Light. I'm gonna drink it, all of it," she says, pretending to hiccup. "I bought like 4200 and 1712 packs of it, and I'm gonna drink it all just to piss you off when you're putting man parts on lady parts beer."

Carducci remained in character, pretending to be inebriated while sipping the beverage as she told viewers she would be paying off her purchase for a while — an apparent suggestion customers of the adult beverage are poor.

Earlier in the month, Mulvaney announced Bud Light had sponsored the TikTok influencer.

“I kept hearing about this thing called ‘March Madness,’ and I thought we were all just having a hectic month,” Mulvaney says while opening a can of Bud Light in one of the sponsored videos. “But it turns out it has something to do with sports. And I’m not sure exactly which sport, but either way it’s a cause to celebrate.”

Mulvaney took a sip of the beverage before noting the TikTok influencer had recently celebrated day 365 of womanhood.

“Bud Light sent me possibly the best gift ever. A can with my face on it,” Mulvaney said as an image of the product appears onscreen with a caption reading “CHEERS TO 365 DAYS OF BEING A GIRL.”

A second video features Mulvaney in a bubble bath with over a dozen Bud Light cans in the background. The TikTok influencer reaches for a can from behind and opens it before dancing while sitting in the tub.

Mulvaney continues dancing for about 30-seconds before finally sipping the beverage.

Anheuser-Busch, parent company of Bud Light, has lost nearly 4% in share value since sponsoring the TikTok influencer, falling from $132.38 billion to $127.13 billion, per the New York Post.
