Amber Rose Announces Support For Trump

Model and rapper Amber Rose has thrown support behind former President Donald Trump's re-election bid.

Rose, who has previously been a critic of the former president, announced her support in a Monday Instagram post.

"Trump 2024," the model captioned a photo of herself with Trump and former First Lady Melania with three American flag emojis.

Rose received intense backlash from her Instagram followers for her post.

"Damn Amber. You’re a Bisexual woman of color that runs a movement that stands up for Women’s rights and their power against anyone that abuses it….that’s literally OPPOSITE of what he supports…smdh," wrote one commenter.

Another user noted 2022's Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, spurred by three of Trump’s conservative justices.

"Lol I better never see you speak on women’s rights again!!" wrote another user.

Entertainer Charlie Mack left a lengthy comment calling her post "irresponsible."

"Amber, I respect everyone's perspective and realize everybody has their own personal opinion and what your views in this crazy world," Mack wrote. "Let me be clear, you can't be this irresponsible to post this madness."

Mack went on to cite the model's Italian descent, though noted black males found her influential:

“I don’t know if you've thought this out, other than where you stand in your issue you have with Biden, but you have to know that when you make an ill responsible decision like this, it affects your children's safety here in America," he continued, suggesting Trump was on a "dictatorship quest."

Mack then warned Trump would place the country on the brink of a new Civil War.

"How can you ever give this clown your attention and support," Mack continued. "It's very dangerous, Amber, and you must know blood will be on your hands as well ... Take a moment to reflect on the fact that this man has no good intentions for you or your kids."

Rose responded to critics in a comment, per The Shade Room.

"Lmaooo y'all think Biden cares about black ppl??? Sad. Do ur research. I did," she wrote. "I'll ALWAYS put women first."

The model went on to criticize opponents of Trump for supporting gender ideology and advocating for men's participation in women's sports.

"Trump supports the most reasonable compromise on abortion," she continued of Trump's moderate stance on the issue. "Stop being brainwashed cuz WE'RE ppl of color. Make your own decisions."

Other followers announced they were unfollowing Rose.
