Pro-Ukraine Protesters Gather in D.C. on One-Year Anniversary of Russia’s Invasion

A coalition of organizations, including the U.S. Ukrainian Embassy, hosted a rally at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. on Feb. 25 to mark the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. 

Timcast was on the scene to speak with attendees about the likelihood of reaching a peace treaty with Russia, whether or not civilians should be worried about the possibility of escalation toward nuclear war, and why the average American citizen should be concerned about the outcome of the conflict.
