Attendees at pop star Olivia Rodrigo's show in St. Louis were given free condoms and morning-after pills.

Rodrigo thanked the Missouri Abortion Fund for partnering with her and assisting with her record. The move came two weeks after the singer announced her Fund 4 Good.

It’s brutal out here in Missouri, but we are here for abortion access and hand out Plan B,” the Missouri Abortion Fund said in a post on X on March 12. Additional support came from the pro-abortion group Right By You, which runs a “youth-focused* text line connecting Missourians to abortion care, birth care, adoption and parenting supports, birth control, and information about their rights.”

The Fund 4 Good is a “global initiative committed to building an equitable and just future for all women, girls and people seeking reproductive health freedom,” according to the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

A portion of the profits generated by Rodrigo’s GUTS WORLD TOUR will be donated to local chapters of the National Network of Abortion Funds. The organization will have a table at North American stops during the tour. The NNAF comprises 100 independent abortion funds that works to remove logistical and legal barriers to abortion.

NNAF supports member abortion funds by providing grants, leadership development, infrastructure support, and technical assistance,” the organization says on its website. “Together with abortion funds, we’re building power and making cultural and political change.”

Singer Demi Lovato previously announced that she would donate a portion of the proceeds from her single “SWINE” to member funds.

Getting an abortion today requires more money, more time, and more planning than it ever has before,” said Oriaku Njoku, the executive director of NNAF, of its partnership with Rodrigo while speaking with Rolling Stone. “It feels like this huge opportunity to show how fierce and badass abortion funds are.”

“It’s moments like this where you’ll get to be in partnership with someone like Olivia Rodrigo that remind us that there are moments of joy in the midst of a lot of this hardship,” she added.

Rodrigo’s tour began in February. She is an outspoken advocate for increased abortion access and publicly voiced her anger at the United States Supreme Court’s decision to overturn 1973 Roe v. Wade in June of 2022.

“I’m devastated and terrified and so many women and girls are going to die because of this and I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who showed us at the end of the day they truly don’t give a s--- about freedom,” Rodrigo said while appearing at the Glastonbury music festival, per The Independent. “This song goes out to the justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh.”

The then-19-year-old welcomed Lily Allen to the stage and performed Allen’s song “F--- You.”
