Names of Epstein employees, along with alleged victims, witnesses, affiliates, perpetrators, and several law enforcement personnel will be released after none objected to the unsealing. The legal filing also states that the name of at least one journalist should be unsealed, along with the name of an alleged affiliate of Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz. The court document added that the sealed material related to the Dershowitz affiliate “is not salacious,” that the individual has already passed away, and that this particular court document was already made public by Dershowitz. Prince Andrew, who is accused of having sex with Epstein victim Virginia Roberts when she was 17, Bill Gates, former President Donald Trump, and former President Bill Clinton are other high-profile names suspected to be among individuals included in the papers, the Dailymail reported. According to numerous reports, Epstein frequently flew young girls to a 70-acre private island near St. Thomas in the Caribbean, where he and other adults would sexually abuse them. “On multiple occasions I saw Epstein exit his helicopter, stand on the tarmac in full view of my tower, and board his private jet with children—female children,” a former air traffic controller at the St. Thomas airstrip told Vanity Fair in 2019. “One incident in particular really stands out in my mind, because the girls were just so young. They couldn’t have been over 16. Epstein looked very angry and hurled his jacket at one of them. They were also carrying shopping bags from stores not on the island. I remember thinking, ‘Where in the world have they been shopping?’” Records from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) show more than 2,000 flights associated with Epstein’s private jets. Epstein’s plane was nicknamed the “Lolita Express” by some media outlets and pundits. Larry Visoski, who piloted Epstein’s aircraft, named Prince Andrew, actor Kevin Spacey, and actor Chris Tucker as passengers on the jet, though he gave testimony stating that he never saw evidence of sexual activity on the planes, Newsweek reported. The soon-to-be unsealed documents were part of a defamation case against Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for her role in the grooming and sexual abuse of underage girls. The documents were sealed in 2019 when Epstein killed himself, and were part of a defamation case brought against Maxwell by Roberts. The final batch of court documents with the names of individuals connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s international sex trafficking network will be unsealed and released within the coming months, according to a Feb. 7 court filing.
